I sure do miss you Aunt Betty. I think of you often when I see the beautiful sunset or when I pass by the beauty shop. On Fridays I think of you because that’s when we spent time together and I cherished that time. We had a special bond that will never die. Love you still.

I met Betty while we were in the hospital in the same room back in 1968. I was 28 and Betty watch over me when I had an operation. She was the sweetest, kindest person ever. Always wondered where she was. Sure will be great to see her again in Heaven. All her family had a jewel for an aunt.

Aunt Betty's love was much stronger than the pain that she endured for so many years. Her loved ones were fortunate to have her in their lives. While I am glad that her suffering has ended, I will miss her tremendously. May she rest in peace as her love lives on in each of us.
