Send FlowersLIMA -- Beverly S. Snyder-Hahn, age 85, passed away on August 25, 2025, at 12:00 am at her residence. Beverly was born August 25, 1940, in Lima, OH, to Russell P. Snyder and Clara I. (Wood) Rader who both preceded her in death. On July 5, 2008, she married Richard A. Hahn who preceded her in death on November 19, 2012.
Beverly is survived by her daughter, Jody (Craig) Hill of Lakeview, OH, son, Tim "Bud" (Missy Mulholland) Kopp of Lima, OH and son, Tracy Kopp of Peoria, AZ, her grandchildren: Joe, Jeff, Dustin, James, Christopher, Brad, Megan, Willy, Kelsie and Alex and 14 great grandchildren, siblings: Steven (Brenda) Snyder of Lima, OH, Tina Snyder of Bluffton, OH, Melody (Paul) Painter of Lima, OH and a step-sister, Terry Fugat of Lima, OH. She was preceded in death by her son, Jack Kopp, a daughter, Christine Edwards and an infant daughter, Dody Kopp, a step-brother, Tim Hazzard and her previous husbands, Jack Kopp and Danny Stultz and a daughter in-law Madonna Kopp.
Beverly had owned and operated Miss Muffet Floral Shop in Lima. She had also worked as a security guard with Guards Mark Security Company in Lima for 15 years retiring in 2007. She was a former member of the Eagles Aerie #370. Beverly loved reading, genealogy, traveling, swinging in her swing, flowers, sitting by the lake and her dogs "D.O.G." and "Lacy Jo". Above all else, she loved her family and following her grandchildren and was known to stalk her family on Facebook.
There will be a funeral service held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Eastside Chapel. Officiating the service will be Pastor Brian Jenkins. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.
Friends may visit on Friday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and then again on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of the service at the Eastside Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans @ 212 S. Elizabeth St., Lima, OH 45801. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.chiles-lamanfh.com.
