To the Family of Chevon Cunningham. Chevon was special to me when I first met her. She was attending The University of Cinti MSW program. She had so much energy and was so full of life. I always felt we had a special connection as social workers. I envisioned her doing some great things in the field of Social Work. I offer my sincere condolences to her son and family. I pray that God will give you peaceful strength throughout this difficult time. Peace and Blessings, Pamela Jenkins SW UC Hospital.

Where in the world did time go?? I remember Chevon when she was just a little young thing. The light of her TeeTee's eye!! May God bless and bring you all peace that surpasses all understanding! Celebrate her life because if I remember correctly she always had a smile on her face anytime I saw her. Love to you family!

Chevon was an amazing person, who was very kind and genuine. Despite her pain, she always had a smile on her face. She shared stories and experiences with me when she found out my God son had sickle cell. I am thankful I had the opportunity to meet her and work with her. I remember our conversations when she was first thinking of moving to Atlanta. We began trying to sell everything, so she could start fresh and new. I had the opportunity to visit her there a few times and she made a point to stop by the office when she returned to Cincy. Baby Zion was her everything. May God continue to give her family strength during this trying time. On behalf of the University of Cincinnati, the Orientation Office and myself I extend my deepest sympathy to her mother Nina, brother Derrick, son Zion, other siblings, family and many friends. Chevon touched many lives and will be missed dearly. Rest easy Chevy.

I went to Elida with Chevon and I was two years older then her but all through High School we were in choir and art classes. I then when onto college at the University of Cincinnati and two years later Chevon joined me there. I would always see her around campus and she would always stop, smile and give me a big hug and ask how I had been. Chevon was a loving beautiful woman and I am so glad I had the pleasure of getting to spend my high school and college years with her. Although I haven't seen or spoken to her in several years I will never forget her wonderful personality and her beautiful smile. I hope God smiles down on you during your time of sorrow, I hope he wraps her son in his arms, and I hope you know how many lives your mother, daughter, sister, cousin, niece touched.
