Tina will be deeply missed by so many. I am just one of those many people who has been deeply impacted by Tina´s love and influence in my life. I grew up attending the same church as Tina and her husband and twin boys in Lima, Ohio. When I was in high school, Tina was my small group leader in youth group. She helped water the seeds of my faith and guided my walk with God as I navigated those teens years. Thinking back to that time, some of the details are a blur, but I remember the big things that made such an impact. I remember that she opened up her home to all of us in the youth group. I remember that she gave freely of her time and prayed with and for us faithfully. I remember that she spoke God´s truth in love. She was invested and it made a difference in my young life. And she didn´t stop there. Tina continued to support and encourage me through the last 15 years over Facebook as I moved away, went to college, started a career, got married and became a mother. The last time I saw Tina was about five years ago at my bridal shower. Afterwards I sent her a message saying that seeing her had made my heart happy. Right now my heart is deeply saddened. But I have hope through Christ that I will see Tina again. This is what she believed and shared often- that Jesus Christ came to the earth on that first Christmas as a baby, He lived as one of us without sin and died for our sins, He rose again and will come again. And if we put our trust in Him and commit our lives to Him, He promises to make His home in our hearts and has prepared a place for us for eternity with Him where there will be no more pain or suffering. Tina has left a legacy that will continue on through the lives of so many of us she has forever touched, for which I am forever grateful.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family in this difficult time.

Dear Donna, Troy and family, Our hearts are saddened by your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you. May the memories of Tina and the love of family surround you and give you strength in the difficult days ahead. I think of the song "I Can Only Imagine" to be how Tina must have felt the instant her soul entered Heaven. Oh, what joy she must feel now.
