David Morton Obituary
LIMA -- David Thomas Morton, age 47, died on September 23, 2025 in Lima, Ohio.
David was born in Lima, Ohio on November 2, 1977.
David lived a quiet and private life, but to those who knew him, he will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit. He was very creative and had numerous hobbies that he enjoyed such as making jewelry and other crafts, growing pepper plants, and building his movie and TV collection.
His family will forever treasure his sweet nature and the special moments they shared with him.
He is survived by his mother Robin Morton, and his brother Eric (Shelly) Morton of Duluth, Georgia.
David and his father (Robert E. Morton) who also died earlier this year, will both be buried at Ward Cemetery (4801 Mirror Lake Road, Lima). A grave side ceremony for both will be 11:30 a.m., Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Ward Cemetery, Bath Township.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the National Alliance on Mental Illness - Ohio in honor of David's life.
