Deborah Fox Obituary
CRIDERSVILLE — Deborah J. Fox, age 68, formerly of South Bend, Indiana, passed away 2:02 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 8 at Bridge Hospice. She was born June 1, 1953 in Lima to Robert L. and Ruth J. (Dackin) Burgess. Her mother survives in Cridersville. She married David Fox who preceded her in death.
Deb graduated from Perry High School and went on to be a bookkeeper for several different businesses over the years. Christmas was her favorite and she and her husband really loved to decorate for it. Above all Deb loved her family.
Additional survivors include a daughter-in-law Leesa Demoss of Lima, stepchildren: Tracey (Jerry) Brock of Margate, FL, Jodi (Heath) Davis of Granger, IN and David (Katie) Fox of Stevensville, MI; grandchildren: Cassie, Alizabeth and Brandon, step grandchildren: Elissa, Kassi, Nicholas, Lexi, Seth, Caitlyn, Landon, Victoria, Isabella and Aylson, a step great granddaughter Odessa, brothers: Dan (Paula) Burgess and Dale (Kari) Burgess both of Cridersville.
She was preceded in death by a son John C. Demoss.
Family will receive friends Friday, Sept. 10 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home from noon to 2 p.m., the funeral will follow at 2 p.m. with Charlotte Hefner officiating, burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Allen County Council on Aging and online condolences may be shared at BayliffAndSon.com
