CLEARWATER, FL -- Don, the son of the late Otto and Mary Kinkle went to be with the Lord on January 7, 2024. Born January 23, 1929, in Lima, Ohio. Don graduated from South Lima High School in 1947. He joined the Army in January 1948 and retired as a Lt. Col. in November 1972.
He was predeceased by his wife of fifty six years, Theresa Price, an infant daughter, Cheryl Rose, six brothers and one sister.
He is survived by two daughters, Linda Johansen of Clearwater, Florida, and her three children: sons Lee and Chris and daughter Ashlee. Kathy Kinkle of Clearwater, Florida, and her two sons, Cody and Casey. He is also survived by Lee's three children, Leland, Caden and Avery, Chris' wife Jamie and daughters, Summer and Alexis.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 16, 2024 at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park Clearwater, Florida.
