WAYNESFIELD -- Gary Joe Tuttle, 66, of rural Waynesfield, died Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at his home. He was born Oct. 22, 1958, in Lima, the son of the late Harold J. and Thelma L. (Dunson) Tuttle.
Survivors include, 2 brothers, Roger L. (Joyce-dec) Tuttle, Waynesfield, Michael H. (Kathy) Tuttle, Winterhaven, FL; nieces, nephews, and children, Stephanie (Mike) Lane, and their children, Emily and Brandon; Kerri Shields, and her children, Haley, Marissa, Seth; Ryan (Tiffany) Tuttle, and their children, Ryanna and twins Evan and Gavin; Chad Valenti, and his children, Claire, Blake, Cassidy; Brad (Dena) Valenti, and their daughter, Kiley; Mike Tuttle, and his children, Lori (Rick) Orndoff, Brian Tuttle.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce (Glen-dec) Valenti, a niece, Karly Valenti, and 2 great nieces, Mollie Shields and Kendra Valenti.
Joe worked as a rural postal carrier with the United States Postal Service, Harrod, OH. He was a graduate of Waynesfield High School. Joe was an excellent welder and enjoyed tinkering around the farm.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the Waynesfield Chapel of the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, Waynesfield, OH, with Pastor Greg Wack officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Fairview- McDonald Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends 11-1 p.m., Wed. at the funeral home.
