To the Schleter family:
I knew Sgt. Schleter as both a prosecutor and Judge at the Lima Municipal Court and never met a finer law enforcement officer or gentleman. You all should be very proud of him as he was as good as any who ever wore the OSP uniform. RIP Sarge.
