JEANETTE GILMORE
CELINA — Jeanette Gilmore, age 82 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 10:05 p.m. on Wednesday July 13, 2016 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina.
She was born on April 5, 1934 in Leipsic, Ohio to the late Clifford and Velma O. (Inbody) Eicher. On Aug. 7, 1955 she married the love of her life for 60 years, Carl E. Gilmore, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are her six children, including Doug & Kathy Gilmore of California, Jeff & Jeanie Gilmore of California, Michele & David Rigali of Lima, Laura & David McNeilan of Celina, 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and her sister and brother-in-law Jackie & Dr. William Light of Lima.
Jeanette was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina, a chairman for the Bethany Craft Bazaar, in the choir, the bell choir and the Church secretary for 26 years. She will be remembered for her favorite hobbies, sewing crafts and baking cookies and pies. Jeanette enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren's sporting events. She also loved her four legged friends especially Mia.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday July 18, 2016 at the Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina, with Rev. Jim Wilson officiating. A private burial service will be held at a later date. Friends may call from 2-6p.m. on Sunday July 17, 2016 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and a hour before services on Monday at the Bethany United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice 230 W. Main St. Coldwater, Ohio 45828. Condolences may be left at LehmanDzendzelFH.com.
