BOTKINS -- Jerold R. "Jerry" Vaughan, 77, of Botkins, OH, died 10:26 p.m., Sat. April 2, 2022, at the Mercy Health- St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, OH. Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m., Wed. April 6, 2022, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m., Wed. at the funeral home in Wapakoneta. Funeral services with be 10:30 a.m., Sat. April 9, at the First United Methodist Church, Fairbury, IL. Burial will follow in the Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury. The family will receive friends 4-7 p.m., Fri. April 8, at the Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury, IL.
