Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Pastor Jeff Gramza will officiate. Burial will be in Macedon Cemetery, Coldwater.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today and 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

We have wonderful memories of your visits to Overland Park to see family and I will always cherish my summer visits to the farm when I was a young girl. Dear cousins, Mary Lou, and Kathy, I am thinking of you this week, and feel so sorry for your loss. Jerry was a special guy, and even though I'm no longer in Ohio, I have always felt close to Jerry through my Dad Demas McVay, sister Ellen McVay Spangler, and family. Fond memories of Jerry growing up with us on holidays in Celina have been on my mind all week. May you have peace knowing that dear Jerry is at peace, even if he died too soon.
