YULEE, FL — Josh A. Gilman, 47, was called home to our Lord on August 29th, 2021. Josh was born on October 19th, 1973, in Lima, OH.
He was a graduate of Lima Senior High. He made his living as a Software Engineer & loved what he did. He loved spending time at the beach, traveling and photography. He had a quick wit, an infectious laugh and was loved by everyone he met.
Josh is survived by his loving parents, David & Marlene Gilman of Yulee, FL, 2 brother's Blaine (Kim) Michael, Shane (Nichole) Gilman, 2 sister's, Angie McKinley, Jodie Thompson & several nieces & nephews, along with his companion dog Brodie, all of whom he loved dearly.
Service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, September 6, 2021 at Oxley-Heard Funeral Home, 1305 Atlantic Ave, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Flowers and Donations may be sent here.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Josh for over 3 years and he was such a character. He made me laugh with his dry humor and conspiracy theories. He was very passionate about his work and his family. He will be sorely missed.
