Send FlowersCRIDERSVILLE -- LaDonna F. Crider, age 86, of Cridersville passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Cridersville Health Care. She was born Feb. 24, 1939 in Lima to the late Russell and Evelyn Corene (Lahon) Gross. She married Richard Gene Crider who preceded her in death in 1996.
Donna had been a homemaker and loved to travel and ride her Harley. She also enjoyed playing Yahtzee and crocheting. She had been a life member of the Reorganized Church of Later Day Saints.
Survivors include 3 sons: Douglas Richard Crider of Lima, David Allen Crider of Cridersville, and Duane George Crider of Lima; a granddaughter Deseray Dawn (Al) Mellon of Temple, Texas and 2 great grandsons: Aaron and Matthew Mellon and a sister: Lynda (William) Rampe of Lima.
She was preceded in death by siblings LaVonna Guy, Junior Russell Gross, Kitty Cunningham, Charles Gross and Elva Leffler.
The family will receive friends 2 to 3 P.M., Saturday, October 11 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The memorial service will follow at 3 with Pastor Paul Tim Parks officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Allen County Humane Society.
