LINDA RIGALI

LIMA — Linda K. Rigali, age 63, was called into the presence of the Lord at 1:20 am Thursday, February 16, 2017, at her home, surrounded by the love of her family. Linda was born January 8, 1954 in Lima, to the late Dennis and Arlene Smith. On October 13, 2001 she married Richard Rigali who preceded her in death on November 22, 2005.

Linda had attended Lima Senior High School. She worked as a bartender at the American Legion Post #96 where she loved serving others and thought of them as family. She was loved and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. Linda was a member of Amvets Post 1 and the VFW Post #1275 Auxiliary. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons, Travis and Kacey and great-grandson, Eli-Sha. Linda especially cherished the time she spent with her companion, Cody and their friends at Camp McGee on Lake Erie.

She was blessed with two children, Melissa M. "Missy" (Dave Brickman) Rimes of Ada, Kenneth Eric (Kelley) Hanes of Lima; grandsons, Travis D. (Breona) Rimes of Lima and Kacey L. Rimes of Ada; great-grandson, Eli-Sha Rimes and her Significant other, Cody L. Lowrey of Lima. She is also survived by brothers, Robert "Bobby" (Sue) Smith of West Mansfield, Dennis Smith of Lima, Ernest Smith of Lima, Daniel (Jodi) Smith of Lima and a sister, Brenda Brown of Lima; sisters-in-law, Michelle Smith of Lima, Rhonda Smith of Lima and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by brothers, James "Hershell" Smith and William R. Smith and a sister-in-law, Ann Smith.

Funeral services will begin 11:00 am Monday, February 20, 2017 at CHILES - LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL. Pastor Trevor Smith will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 8:00 pm Sunday, February 19, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Condolences may be expressed at chiles-lamanfh.com
