MARY ROSE ROBINSON
LIMA — Mary Rose Robinson, age 88, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at approximately 7:28 a.m. at Van Wert Hospice Center in Van Wert, Ohio.
She was born on February 9, 1928 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Robert N. and Helen White Burden, both her parents preceded her in death.
On May 31, 1952 she married Harry A. Robinson who preceded her in death in 1999.
Mrs. Robinson retired as a cook from Azzarello's and Alpine Inn. She was a member of St. Paul AME Church in Lima.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory 5 sons; Phillip Elliott (Doris), Anthony Elliott, Charles H. Robinson and Terry (Rosie) Robinson all of Lima. Lindsey Robinson of Detroit, MI. 2 daughters; Cozette Towsey (John) and Helen Robinson Godsey (William) both of Lima. 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter; Pamela Rose Robinson and a daughter-in-law; Vicki Robinson.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to: Community Health Professionals, Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center, 1155 Westwood Drive, Van Wert, Ohio 45891 in the name of Mary Rose Robinson /Pamela Rose Robinson.
There will be no services.
