WAPAKONETA — Robert "Bob" Leroy Niese, 97, died at 10:27 a.m. Jan. 14, 2020, at Wapakoneta Manor.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. The Rev. Sean Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Eley Funeral Home and Crematory, Wapakoneta.

Our sincere condolences to Mike, Sonia, Lori and families. I will remember my visits with Uncle Bob when I was in Ohio in 2017 while Denny was in the Manor. Love and Prayers are sent your way at this time of sorrow. God Bless you all.

I remember Uncle Bob as Santa Claus when I was little. He also made a small cupboard for my play China dishes. I still have this cupboard, a little more battered but still loved.
