I was a little girl when Ruthie came to live with us her last 2 years of high school. During that time she was like a big sister. Here is my best memory of those times. My family loved shrimp! So, when mom prepared shrimp and we sat down to eat, Ruthie told me that if we went out and planted the shrimp tails that we could grow more shrimp. And that's what she and I would do! Every time we had shrimp. Ruthie and I would save the shrimp tails, go out and plant them in dads garden and she would help me with the hose we used to water them. And of course the next time we had shrimp I just knew they came from our part of the garden! She was so much fun.
Ruthie is an angel of God...a beautiful, warm, loving, giving angel.
I'll be with you one day, Ruthie.
I love you so much, always have, always will.
Your cousin, Becki Williams Simpson
