RUSSELLS POINT -- Scott D. Faulder, 56, of Russells Point, OH, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, January 13, 2021, at Mary Rutan Hospital Emergency Department, Bellefontaine, OH.
Scott was born on October 20, 1965, in Bellefontaine, a son of the late Robert J. Sr., and Koneta M. Faulder. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Stephen R. Faulder, and nephew, Bob Faulder, III.
Scott married Brandy Lunsford on July 1, 2000, in Lakeview, and she survives. He is also survived by six children, Victoria (Thomas) Zupan of Rushsylvania, OH, Stephanie Inskeep of Lakeview, OH, Samantha Brunson of Waynesfield, OH, Heather Faulder, Aric Faulder, and Alan Faulder, all of Russells Point, seven grandchildren, Forest and Juniper Zupan, Cheyenne and Ruby Inskeep, Emily and Isaiah Brunson, and Ryan Miller, with one on the way, Harper Griffith, three siblings, Robert J. (Brooke) Faulder, Jr. of Lakeview, Thomas L. (Marilyn) Faulder of Russells Point, and Rose M. Faulder of DeGraff, OH, and nieces and nephews, Jason (Teather) Faulder, Elizabeth (Tim) Wallace, and Becky Faulder.
Scott was a 1984 graduate of Indian Lake High School and Hi-Point JVS, where he was a member of FFA. He worked at Nutrien in Lima, OH for Millwright Union Local 1090. Scott was known for his enduring, excellent work ethic. He was a member of Indian Lake Moose Lodge 1533. Scott enjoyed working, fishing, racing, camping, cutting wood and tinkering in his garage. His greatest love was his family and the time he spent with them.
Pastor Ed Shady will begin funeral services at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 24, 2022, at Shoffstall Funeral Home, 205 S. Main St., Lakeview. Visitation is Sunday, January 23rd from 2-5 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rea Cemetery, Bloom Center, OH.
Memorial contributions may be given to support his daughter, Victoria Zupan's medical expenses c/o Huntington Bank.
