SHARON HANCOCK
LIMA — Sharon L. Hancock, 72, of Lima passed away on Friday at St. Rita's Medical Center.
Sharon was born Dec. 5, 1942 to the late Robert H. and Velma (Bergdoll) Law. She was first married to the late Clifford Zimmerman. Her second marriage was to Charles Mast and in 2005 she married David Hancock of Bucyrus and he preceded her in death in 2010. She was also preceded in death by sister Janet Webb.
Sharon is survived by children Melissa (Dennis) Dankirt, Lima; Mark (Shanda) Zimmerman, Lima; Charles O. Mast Jr., Sidney; and Wesley Mast of Lima; grandchildren Abriana, Haley, Cody, Austin, and Dalton; and one sister Ruth A. Howell of Wapakoneta, OH.
Sharon lived most of her life in Lima and moved to Bucyrus from 2003-2011 when she returned to the Lima area. She graduated from Lima Senior H.S. in 1961 and was of the Catholic Faith. She enjoyed working outdoors in the garden and traveling.
At her request, there will be private graveside services in Bucyrus and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com.
