Thomas L. "Tom" Robbins, age 79, of Celina, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024, at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. Funeral 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 29, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home. Visitation 2 - 8 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at the funeral home.
