LIMA -- Verria Brown, age 56, passed away January 8, 2022, at 2:32 am, at the Lima Memorial Health System. Verria was born January 11, 1965, in Greenwood, MS, to Charlie E. Jackson and Mary (Riley) McCiskill who preceded her in death.
Verria was a homemaker and was loved by many and loved and helped everybody. Verria was a member of the Fourth St. Missionary Baptist Church.
Verria is survived by her daughter, Cassandra Brown of Lima, OH, 5 grandchildren: Tearious, Teasya, Teamarion, Teamajia and Lamont, 1 great grandson, 4 siblings: Robert Lee Brown of Lexington, MS, Joe Brown, Addie (George) Lamb and Eddie McCiskill all of Lima, OH and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Following Verria's wishes there will be no services held at this time. Burial of cremated remains will be held privately at a later date. The CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL CREMATION SERVICES, EASTSIDE CHAPEL is assisting the family with funeral arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.chiles-lamanfh.com.
