Survivors are children, Charles III (Mary Ann) of Ponte Vedra, FL, Dr. (Colonel) David of Austin, TX, Bradley (Vickie) of Bermuda Run, NC, Anne (Steve) of Lexington, KY; six grandchildren; a great-grandson; brother-in-law, Ronnie (Naomi) Cremeans.
A Homecoming Celebration and Visitation for Chuck and Phyllis is scheduled for noon Thursday, September 28, in Smith Hall, 5th Ave. Baptist Church, a 2pm service of Christian Burial. Burial in family plot at Ridgelawn Memorial Park, with Beard Mortuary, Huntington, assisting.
