Doris Mae Rich (nee Brandt), 96, of Ft. Mitchell, KY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Traditions of Deerfield in Loveland, OH. Doris was born in Manchester, IN, to Albert and Edith Brandt. She was a homemaker and longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church in Manchester, IN. She enjoyed traveling, going on walks, and playing cards, but most important to her was spending time with her family and her 4:00PM cocktail. Doris was also preceded in death by her husband, Victor C. Rich; her brother, Loral Brandt; her step-son, Ken Rich; and 2 nephews. She is survived by her step-son, Bud (Gwen) Rich, 4 step-grandchildren, 9 step-great-grandchildren; and her step-daughter-in-law, Cathy Rich. Doris also leaves behind her niece, great-nieces and great-nephews. Visitation for Doris will be on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10:00AM-11:00AM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger, KY. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00AM at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
