Joshua Workman Obituary
Joshua Craig Workman
February 9, 1977 - October 16, 2023
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joshua (Josh) Craig Workman, a cherished resident of Greensburg, Indiana, who departed from us at the age of 46. Josh originally hailed from Rising Sun, Indiana, and leaves behind a legacy of love and joy that will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew him.
A dedicated and loving father, Josh leaves behind a legacy of two wonderful sons and his beloved fiancée. He was a true craftsman in his trade as a welder, dedicating several years to perfecting his skills and creating lasting pieces of art through his work.
Beyond his profession, Josh was a man of many passions. He found immense joy in working on cars, a skill that not only brought satisfaction but also allowed him to bond with friends and family over shared interests. His love for the outdoors led him to become an avid hunter, where he found solace and connection with nature.
Yet, above all else, Josh was a devoted family man. His fondest memories were created through the moments he shared with his loved ones. He cherished every second spent with his family, creating lasting bonds and cherished memories.
Joshua Workman is preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Workman, and his beloved Grandfather, Charles Workman. He is survived by his fiancée, Crystal Edwards, and his two sons, Cody Workman and LJ Workman. His legacy continues through his adoring grandchildren, Neveah Workman and Ryder Workman.
He leaves behind a loving family, including his father, Terrance Workman, and his siblings: Amber Workman, Jacki Harris, Nichole Lozier, Billiejo Schnebelt, April Lutterbeck, and his brother, Ronnie Hansmann. Together, they share in the grief of losing Josh, but also in the enduring love and precious memories that will forever connect them.
Josh's absence will be deeply felt, but his spirit and the love he shared with his family and friends will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace, and may his memory forever be a source of strength and inspiration to all who knew and loved him.
The family will observe services on October 28th at 1:30pm at the Alliance Church 201 W Conwell St Aurora, IN 47001.
