Marilyn Jones Obituary

Marilyn Jones was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on June 15th, 1950, to the late Geneva Riggs and Bill Caffey. She attended Taft High School. Marilyn worked for the TriHealth organization, and after 37 years of dedicated service, she retired from the HR department, where she was truly missed. Marilyn had a smile that could light up a room, and everyone she came in contact with felt her warm and welcoming love. She leaves to cherish her memory her dedicated partner in life, Edward L. Anderson; three daughters, Geneva, Lisa Jones and Tamika (Rodney); five grandchildren, Briana and Justin Jones; Cherika (Shane); Demetrius (Diamond); and Sharee; three great-grandchildren, Shaia, Simon, and Emmanuel; daughters-in-love, Kimberly Magette, Carmen Jennings, Gidget Johnson, and Jackie Hill; son-in-love, Orlando Magette; and a host of loving relatives and friends. Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on Friday, September 5, 2025, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 4:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
