Diana Gutierrez, 73, entered into eternal rest, Thursday, July 17, 2025. Ms. Gutierrez is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Amalia Castañeda.
She is survived by her children, Jesus "Jesse" (Adriana) Castañeda, Diana (Marco) Montemayor and Erika Gutierrez; grandchildren, Lizzette Santos, Jesus Castañeda, Jr., Katya Kim, Mia Victoria Montemayor, Marco Antonio Montemayor, II., Gilbert Landon Galan; siblings, Manuel Renteria, Jesse Castañeda, Sr., Maria Boswell, Alicia Flores, Fernando Castañeda, Leticia Castañeda, Margie Castañeda, Connie Cruz, Mary Wingo, Lucille Rangel, Terry Castañeda and Rachel Vurbeff; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends that will greatly miss her.
The Gutierrez family will be receiving guests today, Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. The chapel will reopen at 7:00 am on Friday, July 25, 2025 to depart at 9:00 am for a Funeral Mass at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church at 9:30 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jesus Castañeda, Jr., Marco Antonio Montemayor, Marco Antonio Montemayor, II., Christopher Kim, Kevin Trevino, James Wingo, and Gilbert Galan. Honorary pallbearer is Landon Galan.
