Oscar Martinez Obituary
Oscar proudly served his country as a U.S. Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Maria Antonia Martinez; children, Lisa Martinez, Oscar Celestino (Jacqueline) Martinez III, Linda (Juan) Soliz; grandchildren, Joaquin Martinez Riley, Gael Martinez, Andres Antonio Martinez, Gabriel Alejandro Martinez, Enrique Antonio Hernandez, Ayelen Andrea Hernandez, Sofia Anahi Hernandez; siblings, Sandra Amezquita, Irma Carpenter, and Antonio (Maria) Martinez; as well as numerous other family and friends.
The Martinez family will be receiving guests on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Nieto Funerals & Cremations from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Cremation services will be held at a later date.
Military Honors will be provided by American Legion Post 59 of Laredo and Presentation of the U.S. Flag will be provided by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard.
