Sylvia Uribe Obituary

SYLVIA M. URIBE
Sylvia M. Uribe, 84, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
Mrs. Uribe was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Heberto Amador Uribe, who passed away on August 13, 2013.
Parents, Juan Martinez and Juanita Garza Martinez.
Sister, Maria Minerva Martinez Herrera.
Nephew, Rafael Herrera.
She is survived by her two daughters, Elsa Diana Uribe and Cindy Uribe.
Grandchildren, Alexandra Uribe, Christopher Andrew Uribe and Katelyn Uribe.
Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a vigil of the deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
