Christie Atkinson Obituary
She leaves behind her brothers, David Atkinson (Kathy) of Stockton, Douglas Atkinson (Chrys) of El Dorado Hills, and Duncan Atkinson of Lodi.
She is also survived by her son, Duncan Connelly (Rike) and daughter, Beatrice Atkinson-Meyers; and her grandsons, Finnegan and Gabriel Connelly.
All services will be private.

I still remember the day Christie bounced into my classroom all bright-eyed and full of enthusiasm for her freshman year. Of course, having arrived on her bicycle she knew she didn't impress anyone besides me. She was wonderfully bright, eager, and spontaneous-- a delight for an English teacher. I'm so sorry she left this world so soon.
