I had the honor of being Jim's barber for decades. I always enjoyed Jim's company. He laughed at my jokes, and gave me good life advice in return. I will miss him. Condolences to Yvonne and John, and the rest of his family. RIP my friend. See you on the other side.

I have met you Mr James Duffy but only through the eyes and feelings of your son John (JD) Duffy. You have put together a great family here on earth hence John´s dedication to that unit with not only his siblings but his own sons and their families. May the Good Lord bless and keep your dear Matriarch Yvonne as your posterity rallies and support her journey. Thank you for a great legacy, God is pleased and may he bless and keep you all close.

We had the pleasure of meeting the Duffy´s when selling their home in Sun West and watched them enjoy building a new home in Bridgetown. Jim was in love with his new home backing up to the vineyard and the setting sun. I would stop by and visit at different times and he would take in in the back yard and show me his new swimming pool. What a beautiful setting. Most of all I remember Jim taking me in his office and turning on the stereo and playing that beautiful hymn "Amazing Grace", we both had tears in our eyes. Our condolences to Jim´s family, he was a wonderful individual. One more thing, Jim went out of his way so our family could enjoy good German Cheese Buttons. When he would visit his former workplace in Tulare, he would bring back a few buckets of dry curd cottage cheese for our family. That was so generous of him and Yvonne to do that and we will never forget his kindness. God bless and keep you in this time of sorrow, Lowell, Bruce and Brent Flemmer

Although I never met James, his son John is a person who I respect and cherish his friendship. This is a testimonial to the greatness of his father, James. Rest in Peace!

I´ve never met James , but I´ve known his son John for over 20 years. John is one of the kindest and most generous people I´ve ever known, and as they say... " From the tree comes the acorn." Rest in peace James, you were a good man.

Received an unexpected call from our dear sweet friend/family Yvonne, letting us know that Jimmy passed away. Still grasping the news!
Jimmy was the best neighbor, friend, family anyone could ask for. Living next door yo each other in Lodi for years,we became best friends/family.
Jim and Yvonne attended all our gatherings and always looked after
our son when we were away, we were/are great friends.
Jim was a great conversationalist and always had something nice to say, usually followed by something funny. He and Yvonne were alway included wether it be a birthday, a neighborhood gathering, a wedding whatever the event he always showed up with a big smile and a hug. We will miss you but know that you have been called home to be with your children. Know that we´re sending you with a big hug and lots of love. To Yvonne and Family, know that we´re thinking of you and praying for you all. Love you so much. Don & Kathy
