Kenneth P. Talbert

1937 - 2013

Kenneth P. Talbert passed away in Stockton on November 14, 2013 at the age of 76. He was born on February 13, 1937 to James and Jessie Talbert, in Riverbank, CA. He was a long-time resident of Stockton, where he worked for 43 years as a Union Electrician – IBEW local 595. He served his country honorably in the US Army National Guard, was a lifetime member of the NRA, and member of Valley Bible Church in Stockton.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Gertrude, Betty, Bernice, Billie Jean; brothers Herman and Elmo.
Ken is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years Patricia Talbert, son Timothy Talbert (Lori) of Arnold, Doug Talbert (Elsa) of Valley Springs, grandson Kenneth P. Talbert II, granddaughter Patricia Ann Talbert, sister-in-law Donna Talbert and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service to celebrate Ken's Life will take place at 3:00 pm on Friday, November 22, 2013 at the Evergreen Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, Hwy 99 and Harney Ln, in Lodi.
