Kim Clark

1962 - 2023

Kim Marie Clark, a free-spirited and generous soul, left this world peacefully on Thursday morning, November 23, 2023, at the age of 61. Born on June 19, 1962, in Jackson, CA, Kim was the beloved daughter of the late Hallie Clark (Nichols) and William Clark.
Kim's spirit lives on through her surviving family members: her twin brother, Kenny (Franci) Clark of Pace, FL; brother, Kraig (Louise-Claire) Clark of Arlington, TX; nieces and nephews, Max Clark, Matilda Clark, Kayleigh Clark, Jessica Clark, and Tommi Clark. She is also survived by her aunts, Liz Smith (Nichols), Vicki Brooks Brown, Sharon Clark, Carol Nichols, Helen Nichols (Liel), numerous cousins, lifelong friends, and her faithful companion, Little Mister. Kim is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Etter, her parents, William and Hallie Clark, and her cherished dog, Sparkie.
Kim's zest for life was evident in the joy she found in various pursuits. From her days as a majorette in the Ione Homecoming parade to the countless adventures she embraced, Kim lived life with an open heart and a contagious spirit. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she encountered.
A celebration of Kim's remarkable life will take place on December 28, 2023, at 3pm.  The address is 4000 Hidden Mesa Rd. Ione, CA 95640 (outskirts of Ione in Buena Vista) where family and friends can share fond memories and celebrate the vibrant life Kim lived.

Kim's legacy will continue through the lives she touched, the memories she created, and the love she shared. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered as the salt of the earth, a free spirit who would give the shirt off her back to those in need.
