Terrence Hubert Obituary
He was a much loved man with a great sense of humor and an easy smile. He was a technical highway engineer (Truck Driver) most of his life and of late worked for BMD in Galt for 16 years. He was a road scholar-having a flair for creating stories and poems that entertained many listeners through his CB radio while traveling in his big rig.
He was also a terrific cook and loved to go grocery shopping for his wonderful meals always looking for the best food bargains. He loved camping and boating with his family, fishing (especially Sturgeon fishing in Oregon with his 2 sons and his 2 best friends), traveling around the state (especially ocean destinations), watching football, going to the movies, and was an avid Nascar fan. He was an awesome mechanic and loved to work on all kinds of vehicles in his shop. He was also a serious dog lover -- Zeb, Burgie, Lou, and Scooter were all especially dear to his heart. He was the life of any party and will be missed by many both young and old.
He leaves behind his loving wife Nellie of 24 years, his son Jason and Tina, grandkids JD and Lindsay, also son John and Elayne and grandkids Brandon, Brooke, and Ashley along with many other family members.
In lieu of any flowers, please donate to the Hospice of San Joaquin. A celebration of life is planned for March 12, 2016.

I remember when Terry had Wystt as his passenger one spring day in the tractor while plowing the field. Wyatt loved Terry as did us all. Terry told me later that day that it was a lot of fun having Wyatt on his knee all day in the tractor because he was great company and talked to him all day. Terry expressed how Wyatt was very good at carrying on a good conversation. Very adult like. Mind you Wyatt was about 4 years old. They held a special bond from there on out!! Terry always had a great smile and laugh that we will never forget. Thank you Terry thank you. XOXO
