Jackie Conrad Obituary
Jackie was born October 20, 1962, in Lancaster, Ohio.
He was loved by all that met him.
Surviving are his children, Jay Arthur Conrad of Heath, Kristin Leigh Conrad of Lancaster, Jack Joseph Conrad of Lancaster, and Kaitlin Dawn Conrad of Lancaster; stepfather, William Hoag of Logan; brothers, Doug Conrad of Lancaster, William Hoag of Nelsonville, and Eric Hoag of Logan; sister, Julie (John) Hesser of Logan; grandchildren, Callan James Lee Rigsby, Keelie Jo-Leigh Giesy and one on the way; former wife, Billie Jo Conrad of Laurelville; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
Jackie was preceded in death by his parents, Gayle Lee Conrad and Barbara Ellen Hoag; and sisters, Jane Conrad and Regina Eismon.
Calling hours will be observed Saturday, December 3, 2016, from 5-8 p.m., at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, in Logan.
Flowers can be sent to the funeral home or donations can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.

I am sorry for your loss. Jack and his kids and former wife used to live next to me many years ago in dicken addition. He was a nice guy. My kids used to play with his kids. Rest in peace
