Nancy Henderson Obituary
Born July 20, 1966 in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Ned Robert and Mary Lee (Pace) England.
During life, Nancy was an operation specialist at the Southeast Ohio Foodbank. She was also a licensed ServSafe instructor. Nancy was a spiritual person, often embracing the Native American culture and its values. She enjoyed gardening and growing her flowers and plants. Nancy's love for animals was exemplified in her working with Passionate Paws, in which she would foster many dogs over the years. She was an avid music fan, especially of the band YES. Nancy was also a gifted violinist and pianist, often playing without the need for sheet music.
Nancy is survived by her partner, David Henderson; one brother, Douglas (Susan) England of Amanda, Ohio; three sisters, Pamela Helen (Carl) Olson of Logan, Ohio, Kathleen (Danielle Dayton) England of Voorhees, New Jersey, and Robbin (Bob) Koerner of Columbus, Ohio; nieces, Megan, Rachael, Jennifer and Julia; nephews, Nicolas and Alex; numerous cousins and great-nieces and nephews; her horse, Zorro; and dogs, Dixie and Corky.
Besides her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Preston Dale Henderson; sister-in-law, Tamara Ann Houge; and brother-in-law, Allen Lee Henderson.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025 at Roberts Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio.
Visitation will take place from 4 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
