Albert Pavese Obituary
Albert Pavese Jr., born in Yonkers NY on Feb. 9 1943, died Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Spending the past few years in Florida after retiring from Weil Cornell Medical College, Manhattan, NY and Sloan Kettering.
He graduated Yonkers HS and then did 2 years pre-med at Geneva College, graduated Valedictorian Columbia Chiropractic College. Then served 2 years in United States Army and stationed proudly as a Chaplains Assistant at West Point Military Academy. Continued education and graduating at Pace College, Westchester, NY.
He was an avid sports fan, and the NY Yankees was his favorite. Also in his heart was being a Big Brother in Yonkers for over a decade, while his continued devotion to his faith at DunWoodie Baptist Church.
Survived by sisters Joyce Klarberg, Janet Abbott (Richard Abbott), along with his love for all his nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.

I worked with AL's at Cornell and MSKCC., for a long time and he never used a sick day. Great colleague. Still is a good man. Indeed Al's will be missed. Joaquin

So sorry to hear about Al´s passing. I knew and worked with him for almost 3 decades. Al was a wonderful guy, dedicated to the patients he worked with as a Health Physicist at Cornell and MSKCC and a trusted and cherished colleague to all of us.
We all send our condolences to his family. His was a life well lived.
