Angelo Zeolla

AGE: 82 • Eastchester

Angelo Zeolla of Eastchester passed away on Dec. 27, 2015. Angelo was born Jan. 28, 1933 in Colle Sannita, Provincia di Benevento, Italy. He married Carmela Piacquadio on Feb. 24, 1962 in Pompeii. In 1963 Angelo and Carmela came to the United States and settled in the Bronx. Angelo was a stone mason working for Bergen Bluestone and retired in 1994. Angelo is survived by his wife Carmela, son Joey and his wife Olga, two grandsons Joseph and Michael. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three brothers Giuseppe, Serafino and Giovanni. Family and friends will honor Angelo at the Yannantuono Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9pm. Mass of Christian burial Wednesday 9:30 at Immaculate Conception Church. Entombment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 in Memory of Angelo Zeolla.
