"Dad" was happiest when he was with his family.

I remember so fondly having numerous delicious homemade ravioli and gnocchi dinners, made by "Mom", with the whole family. "Dad" was always telling stories and jokes and even playing his Italian guitar and singing. They were, and always will be, the greatest times and memories.

I saw both "Mom" and "Dad" just about everyday. We played briscola often and talked and laughed. I would always be "Dad's" partner in briscola and dad would always tell me to ,"Put a load on the table Leez." I would respond, "On the table? You want me to put a load? Dad!" And he would laugh so hard, barely able to catch his breath and say, "Oh Geez." I loved making him laugh because he would laugh so hard.

He was the best father-in-law I ever could have. I loved him like a father.

He was also a phenomenal, generous and doting grandfather to my children who loved him more than words can describe.

My deepest condolences to "Mom" and the family.

He will be sorely missed by everyone that knew him. He was an amazing man and I feel so lucky that he was in my life and that I was in his.

He is in paradise now, re-united with his mother and we will all be together again one day at an even longer table.
