CLEMENTE BOTTINO Obituary

Clemente Bottino, 92, of Bronxville, died on January 17, 2008. Beloved husband of Lilia, devoted father of Dr. Joseph Bottino and his wife Mary, Dr. Gino Bottino and his wife Jane, and Dr. Lenore Everson and her husband Marshall. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. He served in active duty in the European Theatre during World War II and retired as a Lt. Colonel. Dr. Bottino was a Board Certified Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeon and served as Chief of Surgery at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx and Chief of the Intensive Care Unit at Pelham Bay General Hospital in the Bronx, where he had a long and successful private practice. He was a graduate of Loyala University College of Medicine. The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., Eastchester, on Friday 2-5 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, January 19, Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe at 10:30 AM. Entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum.
