Daniel Cirruzzo Obituary
Stony Point - Danny Cirruzzo of Stony Point passed away Saturday May 5th, he was 81. Born on November 5, 1936 to Margaret and Frank Cirruzzo in Bronx, NY. Danny was a veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed being Dan the handy man for the Rose Memorial Library of Stony Point. He was also a member of the Historical Society of the Palisades Interstate Park Region.
He is survived by his beloved wife and best friend Brenda of 57 years. Beloved children daughter Donna and husband George Giddies, son Daniel and fiancée June, grandson Nicholas Cirruzzo and his brother Frank and family.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
Visiting will be held at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home in Stony Point on Thursday, May 10 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 11 at Immaculate Conception Church, burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery in Nanuet, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Danny's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
