Doug Newman Obituary
The Newman Family announces the sudden and tragic loss of our much beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, son-in-law and friend, Doug Newman. He will be missed profoundly but we cherish the love, joy and sunshine he brought to our lives. He loved and was proud of his four boys- Patrick, William, Thomas and Scott- and the many achievements they have and will have in their lives. His wife Maura is deeply grateful to have shared a life with him for 40 years. His brother Thomas and sister Carol loved him deeply and appreciated the boundless energy and joy that he demonstrated throughout his life. John, his partner at UBS, celebrated decades of business success with Doug. In lieu of flowers please send any memorial contributions to Macaulay Honors College at City University of New York.
A funeral mass will take place at 9:30am on Thursday, the 12th of October at Sacred Heart Church, 417 Broadway, Dobbs Ferry, NY.
Family and friends are welcome to gather after the mass until 7pm at Doug's family home, 114 Bellair Drive, Dobbs Ferry, NY.
