EDWARD FREDERICK Obituary

Of Clearwater, FL, passed away suddenly on January 20, 2003, the day of his 75th birthday. He was born on January 20, 1928 in Nyack, NY, and spent most of his life in Rockland County. He attended Nyack schools, served in the US Army during WWII and was employed at Plasticraft in West Nyack, NY. He was well known for his designs, painting and art work around the country. His electronic expertise also allowed him to own and operate his own repair business for many years. He was predeceased by his devoted wife Norma Deihl in 1978, his brother Richard Frederick of Amsterdam, NY, and his sister Lillian Thompson of Nanuet, NY. He is survived by his sons Michael Frederick of Nanuet, NY, Edward and Cathy Frederick of Newburgh, NY, James and Denise Frederick of Philadelphia, PA and daughter Deborah of Georgia. He was the grandfather of Jennifer, Robert and Sarah. Other survivors include his sister Virginia Asaro of Nyack, NY, and Helen Ackerman of Florida. Friends may call at the T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home, Congers, NY, Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral service will be held at the funeral home Saturday 10 am. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Nyack, NY. T.J.
