Harry Moskowitz Obituary
Peoria, AZ - It is with great sadness that the family of Dr. Harry Moskowitz announces his passing on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at the age of 49 years. Dr. Moskowitz will be lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Danielle and Alexis and his son, Mark Porter. Dr. Moskowitz is survived by his parents, Rena and Lester Moskowitz and his sister, Andrea Zomback. He also leaves behind his wife, Courtney.
Dr. Moskowitz graduated from Binghamton University in 1991 with a major in history. Dr. Moskowitz graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical School in 1995. He did his residency at Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He then served as chief resident of pediatrics at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Moskowitz went on to receive his Masters in Public Health. He was a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Moskowitz had been practicing pediatrics for over 20 years and was profiled for his work in U.S. News and World Report. His research and work have been printed in many scholarly medical journals.

My husband and I, and our 4 children , are in shock. Dr. Moskowitz was more than just an amazing pediatrician, he was also a friend. There was never an appointment that my children and i didn't leave saying i just love dr. Moskowitz, he is really the best. RIP. I pray that you will be surrounded by eternal peace and happiness. You will be missed forever!!

I was so sad to hear this terrible news of Dr. Moskowitz's passing. He was my two sons pediatrician since they were babies. We were so sad to hear the news that he was moving to Arizona in April but we were happy for him to have a new start. Dr. Moskowitz always listened to the boys and they respected his advice. He will be greatly missed by so many families and all of the lives he touched. He truly was a special person. My sincerest and deepest sympathy to your wife, daughters and your entire family and friends.

Im at a loss for words, just so sad and our hearts break for Courtney, his two daughters and his beloved family. Dr Harry was my three sons Dr since they were little babies...they absolutely loved him. It was hard to see him leave the practice in April, the boys wanted to go back one more time to say goodbye to him before he left for AZ. He was always reassuring during those days of strep throat, colds and of course the growing pains. I will always remember him telling me that I wasnt just a good mom, that I was a great mom. One of a kind...RIP Dr Harry

I am very shocked and saddened of the news of Dr. Moskowitzs passing. He was my daughters pediatrician from birth through the time he left Caremount this past April. We all loved him. His kindness, his cool down to earth vibe with everyone. My daughter gave him a big hug when we stopped in to say goodbye this past Spring. I did too. Ill remember that moment.
May he rest in eternal peace. Our condolensces to his wife, daughters and rest of the family. The world lost a good one.
