ISABELLA TORNA Obituary

Isabella Torna of Eastchester passed away on March 12, 2009. She was born in New York City to the late John and Mary Candeloro. She is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Anthony Torna whom she married on November 5, 1950. She is also survived by her loving children Vincent (Heather) Torna, Carol (Louis) Buccheri and Anthony Torna, her cherished grandchildren Marisa Buccheri, Louis Buccheri and Elizabeth Torna and her brother John Candeloro and she was predeceased by her brother Sylvester. Isabella was an accomplished cook with a great sense of humor and generosity of spirit. Her family will always treasure the memories of her wonderful family get togethers and absolute joy she took in her children and grandchildren. Calling hours at Fred H. McGrath & Son Funeral Home, Bronxville between the hours of 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Scarsdale on Monday March 16 at 10AM. Isabella will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
