My condolences and prayers go to John’s wife and family. I’m so sad to hear of his passing. I’ll always remember John in customer service as always going the extra mile to take care of the customer, and always willing to help out a coworker. Sincerely, Kristin Bradley, switchboard operator at Omega Engineering
