John Karol Obituary
John W. Karol of Nanuet, NY, died Friday June 21, 2013 at Nyack Hospital. Hewas 75. Mr. Karol worked for Johnson Controls in New York, NY until his retirement in 2001. John was born May 2, 1938 in the Bronx to John and Helen (Simka) Karol. He was educated in the Bronx and graduated from Dewitt Clinton HS and earned an Associate Degree from City University of New York. John served in the United States Army from 1962 to 1968 attaining the rank of Private. He is survived by his son, John D. Karol of Nanuet; brother, Daniel T. Carroll of Eatontown, NJ and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wives, Claire and Patricia (2001). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 amTuesday at St. Anthony'sR.C. Church, Nanuet. Burial will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Visiting is Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc.
