Joseph Martin DiSclafani

Buchanan - Joseph Martin DiSclafani of Buchanan, NY passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. He was 71 years old. Joseph was born on February 2, 1947 in the Bronx. He was a proud US Army Vietnam veteran. He worked for Con Edison for 38 years. After retirement he was a school bus driver for Bauman Bus Company in Ossining, NY. Joseph was the past president of the Cortlandt National Little League. Joseph enjoyed spending time with his family and his dogs, Brutus, Kaykay, Grizzly, and Baron. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lorraine J. Kearns, his loving sons, Josephs Jr. and John DiSclafani, caring sister, Irene Watts, and his adoring granddaughters Lauren, Danielle, and Alyssa. Cremation services are privates. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

The tribute for Joe was beautiful. Joe was a brother Vietnam veteran. He was a great friend, a co-worker at Con Ed for 36 years, a car pool buddy and always made me laugh. I think of him often and miss him.
