Batchie, Kathleen M.

Kathleen M. Batchie, a lifelong resident of Elmsford, NY, died on October 14, 2014. She was 65. Mrs. Batchie was born on December 17, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY to Hugh and Ella (Duggan) Gallagher. Kathy was a life member of the Elmsford Fire Company #1 Ladies Auxiliary. She is predeceased by her husband Larry, Jr., one son Larry, III. and one brother Gordon Gallagher. Kathy is survived by one daughter Kerry Batchie, one son Mark (Jackie) Batchie, both of Elmsford, NY, three sisters Anne Povella, Ellen Zimkin, Mary Craig, three brothers Hugh, Stephen and Brian Gallagher. Her family would appreciate your donations to the Elmsford Fire Company #1 or the National Institutes of Health, ALPs Research Division. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, on Thursday 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Elmsford, NY on Friday 11 AM Interment, Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, NY.
