MICHAEL A. MARUGGI

Michael A. Maruggi, 90, a longtime resident of Mt. Kisco, died August 8, 2004 at his home. Mr. Maruggi was born June 13, 1914 in New York City, the son of Leonard and Augustina LaRotonda Maruggi. He was a sanitation worker with the Village of Pleasantville, retiring in 1962. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Sisqua Council and a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Church. He will be remembered for his devotion and love of his family. Survivors incude his children: Leonora of Mt. Kisco and Anthony of Pleasantville; grandchildren: Teresa Scalamandre, Judith Ascenzi, Michele Campofiore, Paul Fiumara, Paula Manzo and Richard Maruggi and 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his wives: Josephine Maruggi and Mary Maruggi and four brothers and one sister. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home, Inc. Mass 10 am, Wednesday, at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Burial at All Souls Cemetery, Pleasantville.
